All services include a cleansing shampoo experience and are performed using high-quality, professional-grade products selected to support healthy hair and long-lasting results.
To maintain the integrity of time and services, all sales are final and no refunds are issued on completed services.
Salon Environment Policy

To reserve a Concord appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Because appointment space is reserved exclusively for you, all Concord appointments are non-refundable.
Should you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance,

Same-day bookings are available based on availability and require a $25 service fee.
