Children are not allowed in the Hair Salon unless being serviced.

I do not service children 10 and under

Each Appointment time has a 15-minute GRACE PERIOD....

After the 15-minute Grace Period, Appointment are Canceled 

SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS

$25.00 Same Day Fee will be added to Service.

You must call the Hair Salon, to see if availability is available to confirm.

SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS

Sunday bookings include a $25.00 Upcharge, 

to accommodate for Sunday appointments.

Due to Salons being closed on Sunday.

If you are running a couple minutes late, 

It's a courtesy in a text 216-240-2637

If I am running behind, a phone call or text will be sent to notify you.

For Appointments....

If you need to book multiple services, please do so at the time of checkout.

Example- Wash & Curl +Lashes

During checkout it will allow you to book together when checking out.

It gives the option of Adding an additional service.

 For All Styling Needs..

.Once Hair Has been Styled. 

If any problems arise, you have 24 hours from the time of your appointment

for me to correct anything wrong.

Meaning...lose tracks... Cosmetic noticeable things

.

Not because you do not like the Hair you PURCHASED

 once the hair has been Styled, because at the end of each service 

I ask if there is anything you want to change.
