Salon Environment Policy
To maintain a calm, focused, and luxury experience for all clients, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are scheduled to receive a service.
Please note that services are not provided for children under the age of 10.
Appointment Guidelines
Clients receiving weave services are required to provide their own hair. Please ensure all hair is brought to your scheduled appointment.
To maintain a focused and relaxing environment, no additional guests are permitted during your appointment.
Styling Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important. If any adjustments are needed—such as loose tracks or minor cosmetic concerns—please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address them promptly.

Sunday appointments are available by request and include a $25 convenience fee, as the salon is typically closed on this day.
